After Grammy-nominated singer, SZA, spoke out about being profiled at a Sephora in California, the beauty retailer took action by hosting inclusivity training for its employees. On Wednesday June 5, 2019, NAACP President and CEO, Derrick Johnson, joined Chris Jansing to discuss what needs to be done about racial discrimination in retail environments.
