Russell Boyd II
National Field Organizer for the NAACP Youth & College

Russell Boyd II has almost a decade of experience as an activist, community organizer, and strategist. He has revitalized tactics for effective power building, trained youth leaders, and developed coalitions. Before joining Youth & College, Mr. Boyd was heavily involved in his NAACP college chapter where he focused on immigration and civic engagement. Russell has also served the organization in many capacities, including as vice president, political action committee chair, and he's volunteered at the National Convention. Russell understands grassroots organizing, trainings, and leadership empowerment. His goal is to work across the country to increase membership, organize young leaders, and build collective power.
