REGISTRATION OPENS EARLY MAY.
Registration for Delegates and Alternates is open to nationally compliant State Conferences and Units. Only compliant units and state conferences will receive registration information. Please contact your unit or state conference secretary to register.
Please note: Advance registration ends July 12, 2024. The National ACT-SO Competition takes place July 11-14, 2024, and the 115th NAACP National Convention takes place July 13-17, 2024.
NAACP Delegates/Alternates
A delegate or alternate is an active NAACP member, elected by their State or Area State Conference or Unit to establish the policies and program of action for the ensuing year.
Please note: We are not offering virtual registration this year.

ACT-SO Registration and Information
Each year, high school students across the country start a journey to sharpen their skills through the Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO). From visual arts and business to performing and culinary arts, participants work with community-based volunteers for a year to develop projects and performances. The experience culminates in local and national events where students compete for scholarships and other rewards.
Registration for ACT-SO Contestants is via invitation only. Please contact your unit's ACT-SO chair for more information.
Please note: National Convention registration is not included in the ACT-SO registration fee.

ACT-SO Attendees
ACT-SO Attendees will have access to all ACT-SO events plus the Creator's Social, preferred entry to Master Classes, and ACT-SO swag.

ACT-SO Observers
ACT-SO Observers will have access to the opening kick-off, all competitions, and the ACT-SO awards ceremony.

TICKETED EVENTS
Plan ahead by choosing your ticketed events for each day of the 115th NAACP National Convention.
Tickets are available for sale online on the National Convention registration site until capacity is reached. All events are open seating unless specified. Events are not included in the registration fee. Convention registrants can add events to their registration on the "Ticketed Events" page while completing their online registrations.
Take care of your ticket, as it cannot be reprinted if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for events and the seat/table printed on the ticket. Tickets can be repurchased if lost or stolen. Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the ticket and is subject to the terms below. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Unlawful sale or attempted sale prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void.

Advance ticket sales close online June 28, 2024, and reopen online and in person Saturday, July 13, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by phone are not accepted. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to naacpconvention@conferencedirect.com by 11:59 PM (EST) by June 14, 2024, to receive a registration refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received by the NAACP after 11:59 PM (EST) June 14, 2024. To ensure proper processing, cancellation requests must be emailed to naacpconvention@conferencedirect.com.
For eligible cancellation requests, the NAACP will issue refunds starting 45 days post-convention. No refunds will be processed during the National Convention. Refunds will be issued for the registration amount less a $50 processing fee. PLEASE NOTE: Donations are non-refundable. By completing your registration transaction, you signify that you agree to comply with the cancellation policy for this conference.
If you experience extenuating circumstances, please send that request with medical documentation to naacpconvention@conferencedirect.com . Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
