Bianca Domally, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in finance and nonprofits, Bianca brings a vast array of skills to our organization. Her expertise in accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our financial health. Bianca is poised to drive our financial policies and procedures with precision and integrity.
Ray Curry, MBA - Executive Procurement Officer
Ray Curry, formerly a member of the NAACP Board of Directors, is now part of our National Staff. Ray's impressive background includes more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit labor unions, operations, and financial management. In his new role, Ray will shape our procurement and contract practices and provide valuable recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Robin Watkins, CPA - Executive Compliance Officer
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in nonprofits, corporate financial management, accounting, and audits, Robin is well-equipped to lead our compliance efforts. She will focus on compliance training and audits, fostering trust and transparency across NAACP's units, branches, and state conferences.
