National Voter Registration Day
A Vote For Culture, For Community
More votes from the Black community means more votes for the Black community. Whether you're voting for the first time or need to update your voting information, registering to vote is the best way to prepare yourself for upcoming elections. Join us in taking the first step to fixing a broken democracy so we can truly thrive in America.
Get In: We're Registering 50,000 Voters
This November, the power is in the people's hands.
From August 29 to September 20, each unit will be tasked to register 50-100 voters. The Youth Unit and Branch with the most voter registrations, will receive recognition at the 56th Image Awards and on BET. To receive your unit-specific links, please click the link below.
Your Voting Options
Registering to vote can take less than 10 minutes to complete. Exercise your right to defend democracy by registering to participate in upcoming elections.
Absentee Voting
Being away from home is no excuse for not voting! If you are unable to vote at your designated polling place, request your absentee ballot.
Verify Your Voter Registration Status
Confirm your voter registration status to ensure you are ready to go once the polls open!
The Next Step: Volunteer
It's up to us to turn out as many voters as possible for upcoming elections. Help Black voters find their polling places, conduct poll monitoring, and engage legislators about our voting rights.
Let me be clear - a proper democracy cannot function without the Black vote.
