People's Rally for Student Debt Cancellation
In a matter of days following President Biden's life-changing announcement, blatantly partisan lawsuits were filed by President Biden's political opponents to block desperately needed relief. As a result, more than 26 million borrowers remain in limbo, including 16 million who have been officially approved for relief.
On February, 28th the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on President Biden's historic student debt cancellation program that will provide relief for 40 million federal student loan borrowers. On this day, the court will begin deliberations that will determine the fate and the economic freedom of millions.
Student debt cancellation is legal, long overdue, and necessary to repair the harms of decades of mismanagement.
