ALL IN: MVP Campaign

Building the Next Generation of Advocacy & Membership

Recruiting People Power

In the face of unprecedented challenges and the continuous assault on voting rights, the NAACP's role is more crucial than ever. This ongoing struggle highlights the conflict between the fight to preserve or deconstruct democracy. Because of this, we need a new generation of leaders to join the NAACP to push their local communities to thrive now more than ever.

The All In: Membership Voter Project campaign is designed to build our army of young activists to rise up as we continue to recruit, retain, re-engage, revive, and reward. Build your membership squad to help us recruit the next generation of leaders to join the fight. The goals are ambitious but attainable: to recruit or renew 5,000 youth and college memberships by December 12, 2024, and to register or verify 50,000 eligible youth voters through targeted issue messaging, unit recognition, and incentives by November 5, 2024.

Road to 5K

The campaign places a strong emphasis on membership by prioritizing the peer-to-peer organizing, expanding new units, and focusing on all BLACK issues. Youth membership in the NAACP is vital to sustaining the organization's legacy and driving future progress. By engaging young members, the NAACP empowers the next generation of leaders to advocate for racial justice, civil rights, and social equity.
