Francis Bermudez became involved with the NAACP during his first semester at Phoenix College. He is passionate about increasing the organization's national awareness, and he's also dedicated to growing the membership. Bermudez believes there are a lot of people who truly want to be a part of the fight for equality but don't feel that there is a platform where their voices will be acknowledged and heard. His goal is to find a way to truly express to those people that the NAACP is that platform.
