Phil Jones is an up-and-coming advertising professional with a passion for guiding the industry's next generation. Since graduating from USC in 2013, he's worked with both small businesses and well-known brands like Sprite, AT&T, and HBO Max to help manage their social and digital media advertising efforts. In addition to his role as Sr. Manager of Marketing Solutions at WarnerMedia, he works with Nxt Lvl powered by Tec Leimert, serving as the program's instructor and equipping students from South LA with the necessary skills to start their careers in the industry.

Away from work, you can find him cheering on his hometown Denver Nuggets, planning his next adventure to see another modern wonder of the world, or finding the best restaurants LA has to offer.
