NAACP Commemorates 12 years of the Affordable Care Act

"Today marks 12 years of the ACA being signed into law by President Obama. The ACA has allowed unfettered access to a health care system that was not enjoyed by all. There is more work to be done but we take this moment to applaud a major step toward health care equity.  We encourage more states to support Medicaid expansion so that high-quality health care is available to all Americans."
