The NAACP commends President Biden and his administration on passing the PACT Act which was formulated to provide expanded healthcare benefits for military veterans who were exposed to toxins in the line of duty.

The PACT Act will provide long awaited benefits for Black people who, for generations, have put their lives at risk to serve their country with humanity and bravery in hopes it would lead to true freedom at home. Healthcare remains a large concern for Black Americans, so with pleasure The Association sends its support to the Biden Administration for furthering access to quality healthcare for our Black veterans through the PACT Act.
