The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People ("NAACP," "we," "us," or "our") values the protection of individual privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NAACP mobile application (the "App") and any related digital services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities.
Thank you for using the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Children Under the Age of 13
The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), children under the age of 13 should not provide personal information through the App.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that information you provide is stored securely and is not publicly accessible. Personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel who require access to perform their job responsibilities.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with vendors, consultants, and service providers who require such information to perform services on our behalf (and who are prohibited from using it for their own purposes), or where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or law enforcement.
