Dominic is a versatile, award-winning communications leader experienced in driving message strategy and executive eminence while advancing organizational goals. Dominic serves as Vice President of Communications at NAACP, leading integrated marketing communications programs. Over his career, Dominic has designed and implemented campaigns spanning tech, financial and professional services, regulatory and legal affairs, public health, and civil rights and social justice. And he is passionate about leading and empowering teams.

Previously, Dominic served as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders across a range of industry sectors at global, highly matrixed organizations such as TIAA and Deloitte. He's counseled dozens of clients on challenging public relations issues during his time at SKDK and beyond.  

Dominic holds a bachelor's degree in communications from George Washington University. He is a certified marketing professional through the Association of National Advertisers, has a certificate in Dynamic Marketing from the Financial Marketing Institute, and has guest presented at George Washington University, Georgetown Law, and Johns Hopkins University. Dominic is also the recipient of the IMPACT Award, GW Black Alumni Association's highest recognition for professional endeavors and community engagement. He was also named a "Rising Star" by PR News. 

Dominic lives in Maryland with his wife and enjoys traveling, learning new cuisines, yoga, and reading sci-fi/fantasy novels.
