Jalen Vince

Jalen Vince is a Political Science student who currently serves as President of the NAACP Virginia State Conference Youth & College Division, representing more than 1,000 highly mobilized youth council and college members across the Commonwealth of Virginia. He began his NAACP leadership journey as a State Secretary for the NAACP Pennsylvania Youth & College before transferring schools to Virginia, where he served as Vice President prior to being elected President.
Jalen's most notable work focuses on developing civic engagement and voter mobilization strategies. Under his leadership, the NAACP Virginia State Conference Youth & College Division reached over 10,000 students across multiple college campuses, helping position Virginia as one of the most civically engaged state conferences within the national organization. As a result of these efforts, Virginia has been recognized as the Youth & College State Conference of the Year for two consecutive years.
