LaJuana Bivens
Member, National Board of Directors
LaJuana Johnson Bivens is a Leader and Civil Rights Activist. She is proud to be a native of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She moved to Stockton, California and started her career in government with the City of Stockton. LaJuana serve as a Deputy City Manager/Sr. Administrator and served as the Director of Human Resources/Labor Relations with Head Start of San Joaquin County.
Currently, she is the CEO of Equity Alliance Group, Inc., whose mission is to promote socio-economic empowerment and development programs. She collaborates with numerous organizations to address inequity issues.
LaJuana has served in the following capacities:

- President of Mu Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
- Serves as Vice Chair - National Trends Committee for the Links, Inc. – Stockton Chapter
