Myles G. Hollingsworth is an internationally awarded and recognized Gen-Z organizer and social activist from New York. Myles serves his community proudly fighting for social, juvenile, and education justice after learning of his parents' survival of the October 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, the deadliest mass shooting in United States history. With help from the community, Myles has rallied statewide and national support behind critical issues including conserving and protecting green spaces, cementing CRT and Black studies in schools, and passing gun violence prevention laws like New York State's Red Flag Laws statewide and the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act nationally. In student advocacy, Myles has been a leading voice during attacks on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, book banning, and the removal and erasure of AP African American Studies, boldly standing up against the wishes of billionaire CEOs pushing conservative miseducation and notably delivering more than 5,000 protest signatures to the College Board headquarters.

Committed to transforming passion into action for people, Myles has earned the support and trust of numerous institutions. He leads as a National Board Member at Youth Over Guns; National Fellow at The Gathering for Justice, founded by Harry Belafonte; Student Coordinator at the African American Policy Forum; Howard University Student Ambassador; and notably as President of the NAACP New York State Conference Youth & College Division and Member of the NAACP National Board of Directors.

Myles' work in the community has earned his words to be published in VICE, BET, CBS, the CRISIS Magazine, and awarded various awards and proclamations, including the New York State Senate Youth Leadership Award. The boots-on-the-ground work in and around legislation, student advocacy, and justice that Myles has completed has earned him seats working with prominent world leaders and community stakeholders, including United Arab Emirates Minister of Education Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Rev. Shavon Arline-Bradley (President & CEO of NCNW), Carmen Perez (President & CEO of The Gathering for Justice), Rev. Al Sharpton (President, CEO & Founder of the National Action Network), Governor Kathy Hochul, and Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Awal (Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture of Ghana), among others. Myles' work is grounded in his faith and guided by the scripture Acts 20:35: "Remembering the words the Lord Jesus Himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"

As a proud Christian, Howard University true Bison (Class of 2026), President of the NAACP New York State Conference Youth & College Division, and mentee of the late Dr. Hazel N. Dukes, Myles uses these platforms to combat injustice, build Black community, and pursue Excellence In Truth & Service - just like our Ancestors dreamed of.
