P. Bianca Domally, CPA, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Bianca Domally has over 30 years' experience as a financial professional in the not-for-profit industry. She serves as Chief Financial Officer for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and has served as the CFO or Controller for various organizations in the DMV. Her career in the non-profit industry began as Director of Finance for Amnesty International, USA after leaving KPMG in New York.
Bianca brings expertise in process improvement, change management, and team leadership to her role. At NAACP, her focus is on strategic and functional realignment of the Finance team across all sectors, while introducing tools and policies that drive efficiency and compliance, and support strategic direction.
She abides by a "continuous improvement" mantra, for work and life, and champions empowering people, especially women of all career levels, to achieve their highest potential.
Bianca received her BBA degree from Baruch College, CUNY, her MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus, and is a CPA.
She is a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and is a frequent speaker at various not-for-profit industry events. She has also served on Boards and Committees of other non-profits.
Cooking is her favorite pastime, and she lives in Maryland with her husband and two children, but prides herself on always identifying as a "New Yorker"!
