Change Article III, Section 3(e) Organizational Structure Charter Eligibility Criteria of College Chapters in the Bylaws for the Units of the NAACP

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to change Article 111, Section 3(e) in the Bylaws for the Units of the NAACP to read as follows:

Charter Eligibility Criteria for College Chapters: College chapters shall contain at least 25 members under the age of 25 and/or who are currently enrolled as a student in college or university.
