NAACP Applauds the EPA’s Clean School Bus Program

The NAACP applauds the EPA for this historic moment to center young people who are some of the most vulnerable populations to environmental harm.

Black students are more likely to have long-term health concerns due to environmental racism. Investments like the funding for the Clean School Bus Program will help to mitigate their exposure. We look forward to working with the Administration to prioritize Black communities.
