NAACP Hosts Emergency Virtual Town Hall: A Nation in Peril

Baltimore (June 3, 2020) – The NAACP will host an Emergency Virtual Town Hall addressing the recent acts of police brutality against black lives on Wednesday, June 3 at 8PM ET/ 5 PM PT. Justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and many other Black lives lost to police brutality means holding police departments accountable for their role in terrorizing our neighborhoods, bringing an end to the criminalization of Black skin, and dismantling the systems that perpetuate racism, domestic terrorism, and unjust policing.

The time to meet anger with action is now.
