We are excited to partner with Maritz as the official housing partner for the 117th National Convention. Maritz offers convenient hotel options with flexible change and cancellation policies. We encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.  

Convention hotels are available to the following groups:  

  • Delegates & Alternates   

  • Observers /General Public  

  • Sponsors  

  • Partners

  • Day Pass Attendees  

  • ACT-SO Attendees and Participants  

**Individual and group blocks are available. A group is considered five (5) or more reservations.

What is the deadline to assign names to my group block? 

May 29, 2026 - all names must be assigned to the block. If you do not assign names to your block by this date the rooms will be released back to the hotel.
