Mississippi Fights Back Rally
Black Political Power Under Attack
On April 29, 2026, the Supreme Court gutted this core American freedom. This is the latest and most egregious example of the rich and shameless rigging systems by manipulating maps and passing voter suppression laws.
The Voting Rights Act ended Jim Crow. And now, they are attacking Black political power as a front to seize illegitimate control over everyone. This effort to silence Black voters – or anyone who disagrees with the ruling party – will become the norm.
This is what government corruption looks like — rigging the system to keep decision-making reserved for the wealthy, out-of-touch, and already powerful.

Rally With Us
Join us on May 20, 2026, at the Mississippi State Capitol for a day of action as we show Gov. Reeves and his power-hungry, elite allies in Washington that we demand fair representation. We demand leadership willing to confront and solve the problems of everyday Mississippians.

Redistricting 101
Redistricting, the redrawing and reshaping of voting districts, can lead to gerrymandering, which involves partisan mapmakers drawing districts that strongly favor their party by diluting the voting power of their opposition's supporters. Learn the ins and outs of how redistricting impacts your community.

Commit to Vote
The decision in Louisiana vs. Callais is a direct attack on Black voters and a failure of our justice system. Our best defense, and strongest offense, is the ballot box. Commit to vote in the midterm elections and equip your community with the tools to help shape the future of our democracy.

Redistricting, Power & Our Vote
The system of checks and balances is broken. With redistricting being used as a tactic to override Black voter communities, it aims to silence our vote and reverse decades of hard-won progress. Despite the recent Supreme Court ruling, the fight for fair maps continues.
